Location:

4025 S Mason St, Fort Collins, CO (in the old 1933 Brewing)

Pros:

The experimentation with the barrels is fun to see and we love seeing what they come up with next.  The atmosphere is cozy and staff is very friendly.  We really cannot wait to watch this brewery evolve and see what it has to come.  With it's current rotating taps we do not have any suggestions at this time.  They have new beers each weekend.

Cons:

Not sure if this is a con, but it isn't a pro, the brewery is only open Friday thru Sunday and is good to know for those planning on visiting.  The brews can be a hit or miss.  Some are really great, while others can use some work.  We wish there was a better outdoor atmosphere.  The prices are a little higher, especially when it comes to the breweries snacks.

Update:

Prices seem to be becoming more reasonable since our last review on both beers and snacks.  The last flight we had around Valentine’s Day was great and by far our best experience.  They seem to be offering a new brew experience you can enjoy called the Cellar Experience, a personalized experience with the brewers learning more about their process.  To learn more about this click here.
