Owner Kevin is well known and well versed in the Colorado restaurant scene for his work with Jax Fish House and The Regional when located at Avanti which he started in July 2016. Kevin and his wife were so excited to return to Fort Collins. Starting a family here and working with farmers to obtain the foods he loves to cook made returning an easy decision.

The Regional is open for lunch and dinner, as well as containing a bakery you can pop in and get your favorite baked goods to go. The lunch menu facilitates getting a great meal on the go if that is what fits the need of your busy day.

Kevin will be setting up fun events throughout the year including collaboration dinners, such as, their Great American Apple Tasting. Another classic favorite for his restaurant style is the Buffalo Bill dinner. Kevin will also be hosting other chef friends from around the area to run the kitchen so customers can switch it up and experience something different.

So why the Regional name? Kevin was brainstorming with his sister about opening a restaurant when he came up with three different menus. He realized the element they all had in common was that they all consisted of Regional American food. So he thought why not The Regional!

Kevin and his family are very happy to be back in the Fort Collins community after falling in love with the people, the community and the local farms. The Regional is a farm to table dream in this wonderful city.
