2 cans black beans

I white onion

2 green bell peppers

3 garlic cloves

1 tbsp salt

2 tsp ground cumin

2 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp tomato paste

1 tsp black pepper

Brown onion, garlic and green peppers in a hot skillet.  Add beans, tomato paste and spices and cook for 10-15 minutes.  Serve on tacos or as a side.
