Pros: Our overall experience was great. We tried the restaurant during the soft opening week and had the poutine, boneless wings and a couple of beers. The poutine was different than what we have had in town before but was so good. It had fresh cut fries with a brown gravy and fried cheese curds (nice touch). The curds were breaded perfectly and still kept the delicious crisp and not soggy texture we were nervous might happen. The breading on the chicken was different than anything we had experienced but was seriously fantastic. The chicken ratio to breading was great and the sauces we tried were good (the garlic parm and traditional buffalo). We will be sure to come back again.
Cons: The only thing would be I could do a little bit more sauce on the traditional buffalo.
